WANTED ~ First Blog Post for A2Z Scraplets Design Team!

Hi all! How exciting it is to have my first post up over at A2Z Scraplets!!! I'd love it if you popped over and gave me some love :)

This layout was created using the very cool WANTED chipboard, which was decorated simply by swiping my ink pad over the chippy and then outlining it with a gold gel pen. Fabulous effect with minimal effort, easy as pie!

Oh yes, there is the gold gel pen, yet again! ;)

January Creation of the Month!

Hi again!
As the title suggests, this is my favourite creation of the month (January). It is showcasing the super fun Shine Bright collection by Kaisercraft. The 2 corners have been rolled in a few inches with doilies popped in behind the rolls, and then I spattered some white Derivan Matisse ink around with a toothbrush, which gave a funky type of spray - sometimes fine, sometimes chunky... really loving it :)

Each month I'll be adding my favourite creation from the previous month. I'm really looking forward to looking back on it later to see my styles evolve! Here's to February being even better!

Introduction

Hi there! I've recently made the design team for the amazing A2Z Scraplets, and I just couldn't be more thrilled! I'd like to say thanks to the incredible team for accepting me :)

I thought you might like to see the creations that got me the part!

This is titled Adore

It is a layout of my gorgeous Great Niece, Ellie. I used the Fancy Pants Happy-Go-Lucky collection along with WOW and Kaisercraft chipboards. The WOW heart pennants chippy was covered in different designs of Washi Tape... LOVE the effect!

This is a canvas titled Younique
I used the Hip Hip Hooray collection by Doodlebug Designs along with A2Z Scraplets, Dusty Attic and Kaisercraft chipboards. I'm really loving using shapes to make fun and funky backgrounds!

This layout is titled Love Days Like These
I used the Kaisercraft Rustic Harmony collection and chipboards, and the A2Z Scraplets chipboard title. Lots of distressing, and the soft tones and quote captured the feeling of love in this photo.
